The Office of Environmental Quality Control (OEQC), Department of Health, State of Hawaii, is charged with, inter alia, informing the public of various environmental regulatory actions, hearings, documents, and other information enumerated under HRS §343-3.
The OEQC complies with its statutory duty by the publication of a periodic bulletin called, The Environmental Notice.
